Mary is a Hypnotherapist & Counsellor with 20 years’ experience at Solution Focused Therapy Dublin (previously a nurse).

Mary specialises in helping you to alleviate emotional problems, unwanted feelings and patterns of behaviour;  and to improve your psychological well-being.
